The Sikh Coalition recently accepted a gracious invitation by the Washington Post to discuss some of the challenges faced by Sikh Americans in the post-9/11 environment. Thanks to Ms. Sally Quinn and Prof. Jacques Berlinerblau, Sikh civil rights issues received much-needed coverage.  We encourage you to forward our essay and interview to your family and friends, especially on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking vehicles.  The more awareness we create about Sikh civil rights issues, the more likely it is that Sikh perspectives will see the light of day in the mainstream media.
